Andrea is a trilingual Board Member, CEO, C-level executive and mentor (Portuguese, Spanish and English) with more than 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of strategies in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, ESG and Integrated Planning.
 
Specializing in business transformation, profit growth and market share in challenging economic and political contexts. As an ESG ambassador, she seeks to influence ways of thinking, work routines and teams towards high performance in an integrated, balanced, sustainable and human way.
 
She has worked in multinational companies such as P&G, Cadbury Adams/Pfizer, Unilever, Bunge and BP/Castrol and has international experience in Strategy, Global Marketing, Sales and Sponsorship projects for major events in 11 countries in the Americas and Europe.

 

As an expatriate CEO in Argentina, she led the creation and turnaround of a new Business Division in a Joint Venture, including its negotiation, governance, Board, team building and cultural change. 

 

Volunteer mentor for women leaders since 2018 and angel investor, accelerating positive impact startups since 2022. Andrea is a proud mom, passionate about traveling (she knows 70 countries) and in inspiring people to make their dreams come true, promoting a better world!
